Our rates are based on a minimum one week stay. Many people decide to stay with us for months, however those staying less than one week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD deposit are due upon check-in. Deposit is refundable upon checkout contingent on no room damages or outstanding charges. Best of all, unlike apartment living, there are no application fees, credit checks, long-term leases, nor utility bills to be concerned with. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday.
